Children's Yoga York will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without consent. If the child is under 16, consent must be obtained from a parent / carer. Ocassionally Chidren's Yoga York may take photographs and video of children during the yoga class. The photographs and videos will be the property of Children's Yoga York. I understand that these photos and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. This may be on the Children's Yoga York website, Facebook and Instagram accounts, or any other promotional materials. I understand that my child/ren will not be identified by name, nor will any compensation be extended for such use.
